What We Do!
Our unique extraction cleaning and treatment process using “The Water Claw” tool will remove extreme urine levels, even from the pad under the carpet. This special equipment removes odor causing bacteria and residue from your carpet through a sealed hose to our storage tank. Special injection equipment puts pet urine enzyme treatments directly into the carpet pad if necessary which attacks the odor causing bacteria.
In more severe cases our technicians will disengage your carpet from the tack strip, remove the contaminated pad and clean/disinfect the sub floor. We will then match, buy and install new pad in the affected areas. While the carpet is folded back it is important to clean and disinfect the back of the carpet, reinstall and clean the top of the carpet fibers.
