A Complete Cleaning Company’s Process
Step 1: Pre-Inspection
Our technician will walk through your home with you to visually inspect the carpet. Please address any concerns you have. He will identify your carpets construction, fiber type, soil condition and cleaning needs and give you an evaluation of the expected results. At this time, the technician will give you a written estimate for the services to be done.
Step 2: Pre-Vacuum
Dry particulate soil is removed by thorough vacuuming using our high filtration vacuum system. Removing dry soil is one of the most important steps in cleaning.
Step 3: Furniture Moving
Our regular pricing includes moving sofas, chairs, tables and smaller items. Beds, dressers, and heavier pieces are left in place under our regular pricing structure. If you do want heavier pieces moved please let us know ahead of time so we can send extra help.
Step 4: Pre-Spot
Difficult spots are pre-treated with special solutions to release spots. (Some spots can be set if not properly pre-treated. Though some stains can never be removed, we will try our best to do so!
Step 5: Pre-Spray
A preconditioning agent is applied to break down traffic area soil and general spots for more thorough cleaning. (Our solutions contain no harmful chemicals, solvents or VOC’s that could contribute to the indoor environmental burden in your home. This is one of the most important features of our service.)
Step 6: Pre-Grooming
A professional carpet groomer is used to further loosen the soil. (This allows us to use less moisture in the soil extraction phase of the cleaning process, insuring faster drying times.)
Step 7: Soil Extraction and Rinse
The carpet is then thoroughly rinsed with a Ph-balanced rinse solution system without over-wetting the carpet or leaving a sticky residue behind. (This step removes soils and pollutants providing you a healthier indoor environment.)
Step 8: Post-Grooming and Inspection
A professional carpet rake will set the pile of your carpet. This raises the fibers and speeds up drying time.
We will then walk through your home with you to inspect the cleaning results to make sure that you are completely thrilled with the job!
